Who we are

Since 1992, Penny Smythe has partnered with organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, helping them attract, reward and develop talent.

While the experience has centred around Australia and New Zealand it includes an international lens; working with international companies who have a presence in ANZ and candidates who wish to return, or experience working in, Australia or New Zealand. This has resulted in working with people from all over the world.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in executive search, remuneration consulting and career advisory services, Penny’s experience spans:
